Law Practice
Mark has a wealth of experience and expertise in the areas of elder law and estate planning, including guardianships / conservatorships and probate.  He has actively worked to develop the area of elder law (medical and financial issues facing the aging and incapacitated) and his accomplishments in that area have been widely recognized. Mark’s practice comprises all facets of elder law including contested guardianships and conservatorships for individuals as well as working with professional fiduciaries.  He advises clients on planning for long term care, special needs trusts and Medicaid spend downs.  Mark has substantial experience in estate planning matters as well, working with clients on wills, trusts, domestic partnerships, and taxable estates.
